How long does it take to get my order?

Shipping: Some products are made to order, so they may take a little longer, but rest assured knowing that your swag is worth the wait. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is on its way to your doorstep.

On-Demand Items: To ensure sustainability, most apparel items are produced to order and shipped within 15 days.

Inventory Items: Quick Ship Promo are in our warehouse and ready to ship. Depending on the time the order is placed, items will ship within 2 business days.

Can I return apparel if I ordered the wrong size? 

Most apparel ordered on the IFBI On Demand site is made to order and are considered on-demand. The Quick Ship Promo items are stored and in inventory. To limit waste we our return policy for inventory vs. on-demand items are different. Please see below.

On-Demand Items: To limit unused product waste, we have offered a sustainable production solution to make products as orders come in. Since on-demand products are made to order, this means we don’t hold inventory in the warehouse and are unable to accept exchanges. Returns due to incorrect size will not be authorized. Please check product measurements, descriptions, color, size, and logo carefully before checking out to ensure everything is correct. However, if the product is received damaged or defective, we will do everything in our power to make it right!

Inventoried Items: If an item is inventoried in our warehouse, we can exchange them quickly and easily. Just let us know what the problem is and we’ll get you taken care of.
